1. Fried cooking bananas

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe cooking bananas
  • Aluminum foil
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted margarine or butter
  • 100 g grated cheese
  • 1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil

Manufacturing

  • Bring the oven to 200 degrees. 
  • Before putting the cooked bananas in the pan in the oven, let it warm up for about 5 minutes.
  • Remove the peeled banana peels and place the bananas in a pan without chopping them.
  • Mix oil and margarine or butter together. Spread the mixture on the bananas. It makes them look golden brown on the outside and makes them soft and well fried on the inside.
  • Sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake them in the oven for 35 minutes and turn every 7 minutes to fry well.

It is usually served with main dishes such as fish or meat, as well as a side dish to salads and mashed potatoes. However, the highlight of this recipe is its simple method of preparation.

Ingredients

  • 120 ml of vegetable oil
  • 2 large green boiled bananas
  • 2 teaspoons salt

Manufacturing

  • Pour the vegetable oil into a saucepan and cook over medium heat.
  • Then remove the peel of the green boiled bananas.
  • Keep in mind that while peeling bananas,  you need to be careful not to touch your clothes with your hands  as they may stain.
  • Chop the bananas.
  • When the oil is hot enough, add the slices of green boiled banana and let them brown. But just brown! When you notice that the slices are golden brown, remove them from the oil.
  • Make slices of boiled bananas thinner , for example with a spatula. The idea is to make the slices as thin as possible.
  • After flattening the pieces, put them back in the oil on low heat. Wait for them to fry for 2 minutes and remove them from the oil.
  • Drain off the excess oil and serve the boiled bananas on a plate with salt.

3. Sweet, ripe cooking bananas

  • 4 large ripe cooking bananas
  • 1 dl brown sugar
  • 50 ml of vegetable oil
  • 100 ml of red wine

Manufacturing

  • Start by peeling the boiled bananas and cutting them into slices about 2 cm thick.
  • Then fry them in vegetable oil.
  • When they are well baked, transfer them to a container.
  • Add brown sugar and red wine to the bowl and mix all the ingredients well together.
  • Finally, transfer everything back to the pan and  let them fry for 20 minutes. 
  • Serve and Decorate to taste.
