Lemon juice is one of the oldest and at the same time the best ways to implement hair whitening, but unfortunately it also dries the hair when used as is. We therefore recommend mixing lemon juice with chamomile, as this way the effect of lemon on the hair is not as strong. Chamomile also treats and protects hair.

Boil a few desi of water and add two bags of chamomile tea. Allow to cool in the refrigerator. When the extract has cooled, add half the lemon juice and remove the tea bags. Do the treatment twice a week and soon you will start to notice the difference from the former!

Lemon lightens, while egg and beer bring softness, shine and a silky feeling to your hair. Here’s how to do it:

Break the egg and separate the protein from the yolk. Whisk the protein into a thick mass. Add a deciliter of non-alcoholic beer, mix well and add half a lemon juice. It is important to use non-alcoholic beer as alcohol severely dries your hair.

Next, you can apply the treatment to damp hair by gently massaging. Leave on for 20 minutes and wash normally with shampoo and conditioner. You will immediately notice how bright and soft your hair is. Over time, lemon juice lightens hair tone.

  • When the water boils, add two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar and half a lemon juice.
  • Stir well, remove from heat and transfer to cool in the refrigerator. Once the mixture has cooled, you can apply it to damp hair.
  • Use a spray bottle or rub into the hair by hand. Leave on for 20 minutes.

The aforementioned means will brighten your hair tone and add a golden or red refractive shade to your curls. You will not achieve a result similar to lightening done at the hair salon, especially if your hair is dark in color. However, with continuous use, these means are able to lighten the hair by a few degrees and bring beautiful streaks to the hair.

Be careful not to use too much lemon juice, and never apply it to the hair as it is, as it can lead to oxidation and drying of the hair. The best way to use lemon is to combine it with caring ingredients. Also, be sure to wash your hair thoroughly after treatments and use a moisturizing conditioner. Olive oil can also be applied to the hair after washing if you do not want to use the conditioner.

Don’t use treatments more than twice a week – this will give your hair time to recover from bleaching.
