How To Make Incredibly Delicious, Crunchy Onion Rings

Onion rings are the perfect side dish for burgers and hot dogs and are easy to make after all. They can be served with any sauce, although the most common are ketchup and BBQ sauce.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium onion
  • 120 g of flour
  • 1/4 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions

  • Fry (pre-chopped) onion and garlic in oil. Then add the tomato, sugar and vinegar.
  • Gradually add the remaining ingredients, stirring constantly. The order doesn’t matter.
  • When everything is very mixed, continue baking until the liquid is reduced and the sauce is thicker.
  • As soon as you think the composition is good, put the sauce in a blender and mix without clumping.
  • If you want the sauce to be hotter, add a little Tabasco. This stage is only for those who like heat, as Tabasco is quite powerful.
