1. Fruit stew made of watermelon and rosemary

95% of watermelon is water, which is why it helps combat dehydration. It also contains vitamins A, C and E, potassium, calcium, phosphorus and carotenoids without the effect of vitamin A.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon rosemary
  • 1 liter of water
  • 200 g (1 slice) of watermelon

Manufacturing

  1. Bring the water to a boil.
  2. When it starts to boil, add the rosemary.
  3. Let simmer for seven minutes.
  4. Meanwhile, cut a slice of watermelon into four parts and set aside.
  5. Take the stew off the stove and put the watermelon in it.
  6. Allow to cool and strain.
  7. Put the bath in the fridge or add ice. Garnish with a slice of watermelon and enjoy!

2. Fruit stew with lemon and ginger

The combination of lemon and ginger provides antioxidants and is a refreshing drink.

What if the heat of ginger could be combined with the acidity of a lemon? This fruit stew is guaranteed to quench your thirst.

Lemon contains significant amounts of vitamin C, flavonoids and organic acids. Ginger, on the other hand, contains carbohydrates, protein and fiber.

Ingredients

  • 1 lemon
  • 1 liter of water
  • grated ginger (to taste)

Manufacturing

  1. Wash the lemon well and cut it into slices.
  2. Bring the water with the lemon to a boil.
  3. Add grated ginger to your liking. If you do not have fresh ginger, you can use ginger powder.
  4. When the water starts to boil, take it off the stove and  let the incubate for 15 minutes.
  5. Put the stew in the fridge or add some ice. You can strain the drink or leave the lemons there as a garnish.

3. Peach mint stew

Mint makes the stew fresh and it goes great with the sweetness of the peaches.

Mint stew  improves digestion and absorption of nutrients from the intestine. In this case, we recommend combining it with peaches. It makes it so really delicious!

Peaches are high in fiber (insoluble and soluble), vitamin C, and moderate amounts of carotenoids with vitamin A effects such as cryptoxanthin and beta-carotene.

Ingredients

  • 4-5 mint leaves
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 ripe peaches

Manufacturing

  1. Wash the mint leaves thoroughly  and chop them.
  2. Wash the peaches well, remove the seeds and cut into four parts.
  3. Put the mint leaves and chopped peaches in a saucepan.
  4. Add water and cook for 10 minutes.
  5. Let the brew stand for another 10 minutes. Strain.
  6. Put the bath in the fridge or add ice. You can decorate the glass with a slice of peach and a few mint leaves.

Caution:  Avoid this stew if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or suffering from gastritis.

4. Strawberry-kiwi stew

Strawberries and kiwis are full of vitamins and do not contain many calories.

Strawberries are low in energy (which is why they are often part of weight loss diets) and high in water. They are a source of vitamin C and organic acids (citric, malic and oxalic acid). Kiwis, on the  other hand, are high in vitamin C in addition to protein, calcium, phosphorus and iron.

Ingredients

  • 1 kiwi
  • 8 strawberries
  • 1 liter of water
  • mint leaves to taste (optional)

Manufacturing

  1. Wash the strawberries well  and cut them in half or four parts. Set aside.
  2. Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into four pieces.
  3. Boil a liter of water in a saucepan and put fruit and mint in it.
  4. Let simmer for five minutes. Remove from the heat and allow to cool. Strain.
  5. Put the bath in the fridge or add ice.
