  • 2 celery stalks
  • 2 green apples
  • Lemon juice (to taste)
  • Olive oil (to taste)
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)
  • 5 walnuts
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons different nuts
  • Mayonnaise (to taste)

Manufacturing

  1. Wash the celery and remove the leaves, especially the dry parts. Cut into small cubes.
  2. Wash the apples. Halve them, remove the seed coat and cut into cubes. Cover with lemon juice to prevent them from turning brown.
  3. Chop the walnuts and other nuts and combine them in a bowl with the apple and celery. Add chopped mint leaves, oil, salt and pepper.

  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise

Manufacturing
