  • Salt, artificial sweeteners, additives and preservatives, fried foods, spices and dried fruits. These foods contain preservatives, artificial ingredients, and chemical products that can be detrimental to liver function.
  • Caffeine and alcohol  make the liver work harder to get itself cleansed. Replace these drinks with green tea.
